At Golden&AurumLLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the high-value and sensitive nature of our products, we have a clear and strict return and refund policy in place to ensure fairness and security for both parties.

All Sales Are Final

Because we specialize in precious metals and jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
   •    You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
   •    You must provide photos or videos clearly showing the damage or issue.
   •    The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
   •    We may request that you return the product before issuing a replacement or refund.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either:
   •    Send you a replacement item at no additional cost, or
   •    Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
 

No Returns for Change of Mind

Due to the fluctuating market value of gold and custom nature of many pieces, we do not accept returns based on:
   •    Change of mind
   •    Buyer’s remorse
   •    Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
   •    Misinterpretation of product appearance or details

We encourage all customers to review product descriptions and details carefully before purchasing.
 

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:
   •    It will be processed within 5–10 business days.
   •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
   •    Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
